BWV 211
Named for Johann Sebastian Bach's secular cantata known as "The Coffee Canata", catalogued as BWV 211 and first performed at Zimmerman's Coffee House in Leipzig. BWV 211 is blended with coffees from Latin America, Indonesia, and Africa. BWV 211 is our darkest roast and offers a full-bodied sweet and chocolatey espresso blend perfect for contemplating the glory of 18th-century music.
If I couldn't, three times a day, be allowed to drink my little cup of coffee, in my anguish I will turn into a shriveled-up roast goat.
J.S. Bach “The Coffee Cantata” BWV 211
Medium Dark Roast
BWV 211 makes our favorite espressos and lattés. It's also great in an Aeropress, and as a Pourover.
Great for vibrant, silky espresso and chocolatey, sweet drip.

BREW RECOMMENDATION:
BWV 211 is a seasonal blend of coffee optimized for both espresso and filter brews. As Espresso, we brew it at 18g in and 36g out in about 25 seconds. For pour-over we like the V60 at 20g coffee to 300g water.
