Black Bear Dark Roast takes us to the Dark Side!
The signature taste and rich coffee character of Black Bear Dark Roast comes from hotter and longer roasts. For our darkest roast, we select only top-quality organically-grown coffees from the higher altitudes of Central and South America. Black Bear is a complex dark coffee roasted to bring you out of hibernation.

Roast Level • Dark Roast
Black Bear French Roast is optimized for both espresso and filter brews. As Espresso, we brew it at 18g in and 36g out in about 25 seconds. For pour-over we like the V60 at 20g coffee to 300g water at 205°F. We also love this in a French Press!
